I like to believe that I am fairly good at cooking savoury food but when it comes to making desserts, I am hopeless. My husband, who loves desserts, never leaves an opportunity to remind me of my inability to make desserts. After several playful taunts, I decided to teach him a sweet lesson. For several days, I tried my hands on desserts. Naturally, I failed. But after multiple attempts, I had finally mastered the art. And to prove that I have, I made a new dessert for him every single day – and that too for an entire week! Now every time he mentions desserts in my presence, it only happens in the form of a compliment. And if he is reading this right now, a compliment as a comment will be rewarded with brownie points. 😉
