We became friends in the 7th grade but we had always joked about being sisters separated at birth. So for one birthday, she somehow got hold of all my baby pictures and put them along with hers. It was the most beautiful collage ever because it was like we’d grown up together. It remains one of my most prized possessions to date. And she’s the most amazing best friend anyone can ever ask for. Love you to bits, Rits.
